By accessing and using Ajanta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

As a user of Ajanta, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Service
• Not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Maintain the security of your device and any data stored locally

Intellectual Property

Ajanta and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bharath Krishnan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service may provide access to book information, covers, and metadata from third-party sources. Such content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under appropriate licenses or fair use provisions.

Privacy and Data

• We do not collect personal data by default
• Your library and reading data are stored locally on your device
• If you sign in with Google, we process limited account info (ID, email, display name, and tokens) to enable authentication and future sync features

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) to use the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
