Protect your library and account
Never send passwords, Google authorization codes, API keys, or other credentials. Do not attach an exported library unless it is needed for your request.
What to include
- The steps that led to the problem and any error message you saw
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS or iPadOS version
- The Ajanta version and build number shown under Settings → App Info
- A screenshot with personal information removed, when it helps explain the issue
Helpful checks
- For sync questions, open Settings → Sync Status and note the status shown there.
- Confirm that your device has a working network connection before retrying an online lookup or sync.
- Export a backup before reinstalling the app or taking any destructive troubleshooting step.
Privacy and legal questions
Use the same support email for privacy requests or questions about Ajanta's terms. The Privacy Policy explains how support correspondence is handled, and the Terms of Service cover the app and connected services.
